Posiadam modem USB optiona i używam go przez program gammu. Ostatnio bardzo często w niespodziewanym momencie przerywa on połączenie i aby ponownie był poprawnie widziany przez system, trzeba zrestartować komputer (nie jest widziany pod ttyUSB0). Debian Lenny:
