Nieprawidłowe działanie trybu graficznego - ati

Witam.

Po uporaniu się z instalacją Debiana, oraz spędzeniu kilkudziesięciu godzin na znalezieniu sposobu instalacji sterowników do tegoż Linuksa udało mi się. Zainstalowałem sterowniki do mojej karty graficznej ATI poprzez repozytoria. Użyłem polecenia:

Wszystko ładnie, pięknie, do czasu kiedy wpisałem polecenie:

Na ekranie pojawiło mi się coś takiego i próbowałem różnych rzeczy z xorgiem, i nie udało mi się nic zrobić. Macie może jakieś pomysły?

Wojciuch, potrzebne są Ci tak bardzo sterowniki zamknięte? Podaj więcej szczegółów. Sterowniki z repozytorium wspierają Twoją kartę?

Przejrzyj dokładnie te tematy, powinieneś znaleźć tam odpowiedź.

Właśnie na tych tematach wzorowałem się podczas instalacji sterowników.
Tak, potrzebne mi są zamknięte sterowniki, ponieważ na otwartych nie działał tryb graficzny, mimo różnych ustawień xorga, na monitorze widniało okienko:

Poza zakresem pracy.
Moja karta to ATI RADEON HD 4550. Na otwartym sterowniku nie chciało działać środowisko X.
Mimo tego, że edytuję xorg.conf, czy jest on surowy utworzony poprzez polecenie:

aticonfig --initial
to cały czas ten sam ekran.

Zainstalowałem sterowniki, ale jest jak jest. Problem z zakresem pracy
zniknął, problem z błędem:

też. Więc jest chyba lepiej.
Może chodzi o jakieś ustawienia? Dopisanie czegoś w pliku xorg.conf? Sam na to już nie wpadnę, swoje godziny wykombinowałem przy konsoli.

Niestety po wyrzuceniu wskazanego przez Ciebie pliku dalej zamiast grafiki mam to co na obrazku w pierwszym poście.

Na ekranie pojawił mi się kursor, którym mogłem poruszać oraz x na ekranie.
Niestety, nic nie dało się więcej zrobić. Zrestartowałem system i włączyłem
normalny tryb (nie tryb pojedynczego użytkownika) i tak:
  • Nie ładuje się automatycznie środowisko graficzne (kiedyś przynajmniej miałem informację, że nie można uruchomić X serwera bo coś tam, coś tam), a teraz nic, sama konsola.
  • Jak po restarcie wpiszę:

    startx 
    to wyświetla tą samą informację co w pierwszym poście, czyli znowu to samo.

Ale używasz Lenny czy Squeeze?

Jeśli Squeeze to jak wygląda sytuacja bez xorg.conf? Pamiętaj zrób kopię zapasową.

Jest to Lenny. Z logami może być problem, ponieważ nie mam jak ich skopiować. Teraz jestem na Windowsie, a na Debianie tylko konsola jest i nie bardzo wiem jak to mogę skopiować żeby wykorzystać w Windowsa.

W razie potrzeby najwyżej ręcznie przepiszę.

Dobrze, ściągam Knoppiksa uruchamianego przez CD, jak ściągnę, zamontuję .iso na płycie,
przekopiuje logi, to się odewzwę.

Wrzuciłem w załącznik ten plik, ale musiałem to zrobić pod windows, i na dodatek do załącznika nie mogłem wrzucić pliku z rozszerzeniem .log, więc zmieniłem na txt, ale da się odczytać , i jest czytelne.
Z Knoppixa nie moglem wrzucic zalacznika bo nie dzialaly mi przyciski podczas dodawania postu.

A na forum nie ma informacji jak to zrobić bo nie szukałem?

Nie wiem w ilu miejscach i ile razy można o tym napisać, zanim zapytasz przejrzyj forum, większość problemów jest opisana i posiada rozwiązanie.
Użyj dystrybucji Linuksa uruchamianej z cdromu i przekopiuj pliki na partycje z Windowsem lub na pendrive. Knoppix będzie dobrym wyborem.
W trybie tekstowym też się da zamontować pendrive i skopiować na niego potrzebne pliki. Wszystko jest na forum opisane i żadnych logów nie trzeba przepisywać.

Jestem teraz na Knopixx :) Z tym ze logi z tego pliku sa bardzo dlugie. Nie wiem czy moge wrzucac to na forum :/ Jezeli nie to prosze o pouczenie jak wam to udostepnic :D to jest tak logi z Xorg.0.log
