Te 3 fioletowe zegary na dole to z startu roota, jak zabije proces to mam tylko bialo-czarne w wersji default i nadal nie laduje z podanej lokalizacji.

Jak to nie zadziała to zrobiłbym wszystko od początku.
wejść na roota:

wyjść z roota na konto zwykłego użytkownika poprzez ctrl+d:
i już z poziomu użytkownika robin stworzyć plik:

następnie wypełnić go konfiguracją za pomocą edytora tekstowego jakiego używamy.
lub najpierw stworzyć defaultową konfigurację w swoim katalago domowym poleceniem:

i potem edytować do własnych potrzeb.
I musi działać, "cudów nie ma".

Napisze jak skoncze.

wskazywał, że konfiguracja ładowała się jednak z prawidłowego pliku, można było to inaczej rozwiązać.

Ale trudno.
Żle odczytałeś moje instrukcje i zrobiłeś błędy w tej reinstalacji.

Zrób tak:

Conky -C > ~/.conkyrc

Domyślna konfiguracja się załaduje i będziesz mógł uruchomić conky.
Potem kwestia edycji tej konfiguracji pod własne potrzeby.
