Te linijki zaczynające się od deb-src możesz zakomentować.
Te ppa.launchpad.net też zakomentuj.
Potem wykonaj ten update i dist-upgrade.

mi się wydaje że on się uruchamia ale nie pojawia się bo może mam 4 monitory i gdzieś to ucieka

Wynik pokazuje, że jednak proces nie jest uruchomiony zatem docky się nie uruchomił (o ile nazwa prcesu powinna być docky). Załóż nowego użytkownika i zaloguj się na to nowe konto i sprawdź czy na nim docky Ci się uruchomi. Jeśli tak, musisz odszukać, które pliki w katalogu $HOME odnoszą się do jego konfiguracji i usunąć je z z konta użytkownika na którym docky Ci nie startuje.
Pomocne w tym będzie Ci polecenie strace. Użyj go w terminalu wywołując

strace docky

i przejżyj to co zwróci konsola w poszukiwaniu lokalizacji plików z katalogu domowego konta na którym polecenie uruchomiłeś.

Jeśli po usunięciu tego pliku już wszystko Ci działa poprawnie oznacz temat jako rozwiązany -> edycja pierwszego postu i do tematu dodajesz "[+]" na początku.
