Witam,
mam zainstalowanego Debian Lenny z krenelem 2.6.24-1-686.
Zainstalowałem X-serwer oraz kde 4.1. Mam problem z instalacją compiza. Oto co się dzieje:

Zrobiłem tak:
Jak zainstalować Compiz Fusion?

Compiz Fusion to zestaw wtyczek, rozszerzających możliwości twojego menadżera okien. Do wtyczek zaliczają się takie znane efekty jak "Kostka", "Gumowe okna", "Expose" oraz wiele innych. Musisz jednak pamiętać, że Compiz Fusion jest jeszcze projektem w fazie rozwojowej, może sprawiać problemy, bądź nie działać. Korzystając z niego możesz zmienić wygląd i możliwości Twojego środowiska graficznego nie do poznania!
Jeżeli chcesz używac Compiz Fusion, nie musisz posiadać nowoczesnego komputera. Wystarczy posiadać środowisko takie jak Gnome, KDE, bądź XFCE, procesor klasy Pentium 3, 256mb pamięci ram, oraz karte graficzna klasy Geforce 2, bądz Radeon 8500. Oczywiscie im lepszy sprzęt posiadasz, tym większej wydajności możesz oczekiwać.Jedynym dodatkowym wymaganiem, są zainstalowane w systemie sterowniki obsługujące akceleracje 3D do twojej karty.
Aby zainstalować Compiz Fusion, wpisz z poziomu roota:

Zapisz plik, po czym otwórz konsole i dodaj klucz GPG, wpisując:

Następnie w konsoli wykonaj z poziomu roota:

Po pomyślnej instalacji pakietów, przechodzimy do konfiguracji pliku Xorg.conf. W konsoli wpisujemy z poziomu roota:

i dodajemy następujące wpisy w sekcji "Screen":

Resetujemy serwer X kombinacją: Ctrl+Alt+Backspace. Po restarcie serwera graficznego, możemy uruchomić Compiz Fusion poleceniem "fusion-icon". Po uruchomieniu, w naszym zasobniku systemowym pojawi się ikonka, klikając na niej prawym przyciskiem myszy, możemy zmienić menadżer okien, z naszego domyślnego na Compiz Fusion, oraz "vice versa". Jeżeli chcesz zmienic obramowania okien, wpisz "emerald-theme-manager" i wybierz jeden z pośród dostępnych styli, bądź zainstaluj własny! Menadżer ustawien Compiz Fusion dostępny jest wpisując "ccsm", pozwoli Ci on dostosować wszystko do własnych potrzeb oraz do możliwości twojego komputera.

Tak xorg.0.log, ale masz strasznie okrojony xorg.conf nic z tego nie będzie. Jeśli przez:

nie zostanie dobrze wygenerowany xorg.conf to spróbuj:

Spróbuj jeszcze raz wygenerować xorg.conf, wyżej podałem jak, instalacje sterownika graficznego też znajdziesz na forum, później dodaj wpisy z compiz-a, jeśli dalej będzie problem to się jeszcze zastanowimy. Działaj :-) bez tego nie ruszymy.
