Wicd nie ma gdzieś opcji enable/disable wireless? Naciskałeś przycisk włączający? ;)

Przykro mi to mówić, ale jeśli moduł b43 jest załadowany i nadal wifi nie działa to musiałeś coś namieszać, instalując kartę.

Zobacz czy jest włączona w biosie i czy nie jest włączona opcja, umożliwiająca jedynie naprzemienne działanie wifi i zwykłej.

I jeszcze jedno - odinstaluj do spodu ndiswrappera wraz z pozostałościami (tego nie wyczyści) w plikach konfiguracyjnych.
Ale... pewności, że Broadcom pod Debianem wstanie nie ma :(

Od ndiswrappera nic nie ma bo system jest na nowo zainstalowany.

Oczywiście, że jest pewność ;) Kolega goof3r namieszał podczas instalacji i teraz ciężko to wszystko odkręcić.

Z dmesg wynika, że karta nie jest widziana, podczas uruchamiania systemu oraz firmware nie jest ładowany.

Nie są dwa osobne suwaki. Po przesunięciu suwaka z wifi nic się nie dzieje lampka ani razu nie zaświeciła.

Już nie mam pomysłów jak ta kartę ugryść

Nie tylko debiana lenny, zastanawiam się nad sciagnieciem jakiejś liveCD żeby sprawdzić czy w ogóle ta karta działa...
