Z Twojej wypowiedzi (oraz xorg.conf) wynika, że chcesz uruchomić system w rozdzielczości 1024x768. A w tej linii wyraźnie widać, że ma to być 1280x1024 i tu następuje konflikt interesów :-). Sprawdzilem na grach: Prey, StarCraft, Homeworld - we wszystkich trzech przypadkach problem sie pojawia - po restarcie znika.
