zapis w katalogu /home/ftp przez uŻytkownika domowego

Jak w temacie. Czy mozecie mi powiedziec jak mam zmodyfikowac plik proftpd.conf, aby w katalogu /home/ftp mozna bylo zapisywac pliki z konta mojego uzytkownika domowego. Gdy jestem zalogowany na swoim koncie domowym (/home/waldes), musze uzywac sudo aby cos zapisac na /home/ftp, a chcialbym to robic z poziomu uzytkownika domowego. Dodam jeszcze tylko, ze inni uzytkownicy nie moga miec tego uprawnienia (nie chodzi mi o tworzenie klasycznego katalogu upload z opcja zapisu dla wszystkich, ktorzy wejda na moje ftp.

chown waldes.waldes /home/ftp
# Set off to disable IPv6 support which is annoying on IPv4 only boxes.
UseIPv6 on --- ustaw na off - inaczej często są problemy z logowaniem.
