Witam zainstalowałem compiz-fusion odpalam i wyskakuje mi taki błąd:

Checking for Xgl: not present.
xset q doesn't reveal the location of the log file. Using fallback /var/log/Xorg.0.log
No whitelisted driver found
aborting and using fallback: /usr/bin/metacity

Na czym polega problem? Compiz uruchamia tylko menadżer okien i nic więcej.

Resetujemy serwer X: Ctrl+Alt+Backspac. Teraz spróbuj uruchomić Compiz Fusion poleceniem "fusion-icon".

chyba reinstalacja sterownika graficznego pomoże.

tomekgreen1985, ponowna instalacja sterownika niczego nie zmieni, w xorg'u brakuje direct renderingu, czyli właśnie magicznego 'dri'. Ja ze swojej strony dodałbym jeszcze

Od wszystkiego sa odpowiednie fora. W tym przypadku, mamy strone o compiz-fusion ktora sie oczywiscie nazywa http://www.compiz-fusion.org/, na niej forum - tez standardowo http://forum.compiz-fusion.org/ ( mozna strzelac w ciemno! ) a na tym forum odpowiedni temat http://forum.compiz-fusion.org/showthread.php?t=1682 gdzie wszystkie kroki i opcje z xorg.conf sa szczegolowo wyjasnione.
