[+] iriver h10, czy działa pod Linuksem?

Po podłączeniu odtwarzacza system wykrywa go jako aparat cyfrowy, nie montuje się w katalogu /media/.
Nie mogę znaleźć żądnych informacji w internecie, czy da się pod Linuksem przejrzeć zawartość odtwarzacza?

Sprawdź czy inny Linux potrafi obsłużyć to urządzenie. Spróbuj jakiejś dystrybucji livecd, która rozpoznaje domyślnie różne urządzenia:

Knoppix rozpoznaje sporo urządzeń.

Znalazłem sposób, może trochę dziwny, ale działa, jakby ktoś miał kłopot z podłączeniem tego odtwarzacza, więc tak:
  1. Wyłączamy odtwarzacz.
  2. Wyjmujemy baterię na 5-10 sekund.
  3. Wkładamy baterie i podłączamy odtwarzacz do komputera.
  4. Przytrzymujemy przycisk ,,Ok'' i włączamy zasilanie (ang. power).
  5. Czekamy aż odtwarzacz zostanie wykryty jako dysk przenośny.
